New Design Team- 1st card

Good morning everyone, I have some very exciting news, I have been chosen to join the very talented ladies on the Stamp, Scrap and Doodle Saturdays design team.

This is the place to explore all of your crafting dreams, inspire your creativity and test your limits. We hope you will join us for some crafting and creating fun!
New challenges will be posted on Saturdays. Participants get a chance to join in the fun and even try to win a prize!
Everyone is welcome to join us and are eligible to win prizes.

Here's my 1st DT card - its a sketch challenge this week

I decided to use this oh so cute image from House Mouse as its one of my favourites. I coloured it using Promarkers and layered it up with papers from a Papermania pad - Summer Blooms.

Colours used were
Tree; Blossom, Apple, Pear green, Cinnamon
Cat; Cool grey 1, Blush
Mice; Raw Sienna, Blush
I also used a little blue Prisma pencil for the background and tiny bit of black for some shadow.

I finished off with a House Mouse sentiment and I just had to add some flowers and it was crying out for some extra blossoms.
Hope you like it and it inspires you to join in with this weeks sketch challenge.
So what are you waiting for? Head over there and join in the fun.

I am going to enter this card in these challenges;
Die Cut Dreams - Spring Garden
Top Tip Tuesday - Want us to use our favourites, I've used my current favourite stamp and my all time favourite - flower embellishments.
Charisma - 4 legged friends
Delicious Doodles - a card I would like to recieve
Cute Card Thursday - Signs of Spring - 2nd entry
